This Agreement sets the terms for your participation as an Affiliate in the 888Starz Affiliate Program. By agreeing, you accept the rules outlined here, including any changes made by the program at its discretion.

- Client: The customer using the Affiliate Program’s services.

- Sub-Affiliate: Third parties recruited by Affiliates, subject to program approval.
Guidelines for Participation
Affiliates must follow these rules:
- Account Security: Affiliates receive unique login credentials, which must remain confidential and used only by the registered Affiliate.
- Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 or meet the legal age in their jurisdiction. Sub-Affiliates require written consent and must comply with program rules, with Affiliates liable for their actions.
- Registration Accuracy: The program reserves the right to verify registration details. False information may result in account restrictions or withheld payments.
Affiliate Obligations and Rights
- Approved Materials: Only use banners, logos, and other assets provided or approved by the program. Custom materials need explicit permission.
- Website Management: Affiliates are responsible for their website’s functionality, content compliance, and legal adherence.
- Trademark Use: A limited, non-transferable license is granted for promotional purposes only, without sublicensing rights.
Offers & Commissions
Offer Details: Affiliates can publish offers following program policies, including terms for commission calculations and payment structures.
Commission Payments: Payments are based on traffic quality and volume, with a minimum threshold of $100. Commissions are paid weekly or monthly (NET-7 or NET-30) and require three active players per billing period. Payments may be delayed for inaccurate account details. Revenue Share in specific countries, such as Somalia and Egypt, is capped at 25%.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in fraudulent practices, email spam, unapproved ads, or publishing illegal or misleading content is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension, commission cancellation, or termination.
Termination of Cooperation
The program may terminate the Agreement with six hours’ notice, while Affiliates may terminate participation with 48 hours’ notice. Upon termination, all promotional materials must be removed, and Confidential Information must be returned.
Confidentiality
All shared information, including strategies and marketing plans, is considered Confidential Information. Affiliates must: use it exclusively for program-related purposes; avoid disclosing it to third parties without written consent; confidentiality obligations remain even after the Agreement ends.
Legal Obligations and Indemnity
Compliance: Affiliates must follow all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and those of the program.
Indemnity: Affiliates agree to indemnify the program against claims or damages resulting from breaches of this Agreement or related activities.
General Provisions
Modification of Terms: The program may update the Agreement, and Affiliates are responsible for reviewing changes.
